Автобус стоял на площадке, контролер закрыл путевые документы раньше, в кассе билеты не продали, полупустой автобус отправился, 4 пассажира остались... Бред! Отношение хамское - контролер начала орать, тыкать инструкциями. Отвратительное место.

22.12.18 увидев, что на сайте не существует брони, решила позвонить в справочную. Началось всё с того, что там просто сбрасывали, потом женщина взяла трубку и молчала разговаривая с кем-то другим. Я инициировала начало разговора, в вежливой форме спросила про бронь, на что услышала хамский ответ "Девушкааа, мы по телефону ничего не бронируем, всё в кассе" и звонок был сброшен. Мне даже не дали больше ничего сказать. Это кошмар.
