Покупали моноблок леново стоимостью более 50 тыс.р. продали некачественный товар - внутри к динамику прилип какойто винтик непонятного происхожления из-за которого дребезжит динамик и непонятно какие еще могут быть последствия. вместо оперативного решения замены некачественного поставленного товара на аналогичный специалисты ситилинка рассуждают о возможной гарантии и сроках решения вопроса до 30 дней в случае возврата денег- при условии, если они посчитают это возможным. что в условиях постоянных скачков курса и изменения цен, а также с учетом введения режима самоизоляции и удаленной работы, которая требует наличие пк - не допустимо. время идет, окончательного решения нет. специалисты ситилинк сами не перезванивают, приходится самим дозваниваться и подолгу ждать соединения. общаться с разными специалистами, пересказывать суть вопроса. на руководство не соединяют и обратной связи от руководства как и решение не предоставляют. и это при том, что обращение зафиксировано, в том числе фото и видео. пришлось ехать в магазин выдачи, где управляющий Шанин Федор сначала сказал, что нужно провести экспертизу примерно 20 дней, которая как мы знаем в условиях пандемии может затянуться на более долгий срок (сначала сказав при этом что на замену во временное пользование дадут другой пк, но с кем то перегорев по телефону потом озвучил что это невозможно и смял написанное нами заявление) а также от него прозвучала фраза что на экспертизе якобы могут сделать заключение что это не гарантийный случай - намекая на то что тогда магазин не будет делать замену вообще. ИТОГ: вопрос не решён, доверия к магазину и сотрудникам нет.
