Разочарование! Завышенная цена! Нет кондиционера, очень-очень маленький вестибюль, нет мини-бара в номере, нет вентиляции в ванной, плохой Wi-Fi, только услужливый персонал и хорошее расположение Disappointing! Over priced! No air conditioning, very very small lobby, no minibar in the room, no ventilation in the bathroom, poor WiFi, just helpful staff and good location

Мы остановились в этом отеле на 3 ночи, первые две ночи провели в очень шумной компании. В первую ночь в час ночи мне пришлось пойти и попросить администратора успокоить компанию, которая веселилась в соседнем номере. На следующий день нас переселили в номер с двуспальной кроватью, но часть группы также находилась в этом крыле отеля и шумела во вторую ночь. Я не понимаю, почему они не «изолировали» их в одной части отеля, а смешали с другими гостями. Второй негативный момент — связь с отелем. Я писал им по электронной почте и в WhatsApp НА РУССКОМ языке несколько раз до нашего приезда, но мне никто так и не ответил. Кроме того, в день нашего отъезда в 12:00 к нам в дверь постучалась уборщица. Мы выехали в 12:06. Это был вторник, и я сомневаюсь, что было много народу. Несмотря на (разумную) цену и местоположение, я бы не вернулся. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, les deux premières nuits étant en même temps qu'un groupe très bruyant. La première nuit à 1h du matin j'ai dû aller chercher le réceptionniste pour qu'il aille calmer le groupe qui faisait la fête dans la chambre collée à la nôtre. On nous a changé de chambre le lendemain pour une chambre qui avait un lit double, mais une partie du groupe était aussi dans cette aile de l'hôtel et faisait du bruit lors de notre deuxième nuit. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils ne les ont pas "isolé" dans une partie du hôtel au lieu de les mélanger aux autres clients. Deuxième point négatif, le contact avec l'hôtel. Je leur ai écrit par mail et par WhatsApp, EN RUSSE, à plusieurs reprises avant notre arrivée, personne ne m'a jamais répondu. Aussi, le jour de notre départ la femme de ménage est venue taper à notre porte à 12:00. Nous sommes partis à 12:06. C'était un mardi je doute qu'il y avait foule. Malgré le prix (raisonnable) et la localisation, je n'y retournerais pas.

Ужасные условия проживания! Не отель, а клоповник! Не рекомендую это место к заселению! Лучше остаться на улице, чем на этой помойке!

Ужасный отель. Цены завышены, стены картонные, грязный номер, очень старое здание, все ветхое, обои отклеиваются, в полу щели, двери в ванную с трудом закрываются, воняет в коридорах, холодно, жуткий звук вентиляции в ванной. Из плюсов только расположение, но это того не стоит.

Слышимости 100%-ая, на ресепшне администратор Олег хамит, горничная Наталья возомнила себя чёрт знает кем, грубит, учит как надо жить в номере! Чистота в номере никакая. Вообще не рекомендую этот отель никому, даже бюджетному туристу.

Да уж отель и на самом деле оставляет желать лучшего. Стены гипсокартон, слышишь все что происходит в соседнем номере, и не дай Бог вам попался сосед за стенкой который храпит!!!!! Все пиши пропал ваш сон))!
