Сложно оценивать работу отделения отдельно от работы СИТИ банка в России. Само по себе отделение опрятное, хороший сервис, масса банкоматов. НО, банкоматы, как и сам банк из «нулевых», принимают до 30 банкнот за 1 раз. Если захотели погасить досрочно кредит в банкомате, то запаситесь терпением Если есть возможность не попадайтесь в руки этих «дельцов». Попав к ним, вы гарантированно получите поток ненависти и раздражения в адрес их сервиса Плюс банка только один - быстро выдали потребкредит на хороших условиях. Но этот тонкий плюсик обильно перекрывается кучей жирных минусов Минусы: 🛑 Захотели частично погасить - будьте любезны предупредить банк не раньше, чем за 30 дней. Но и это ещё не все. Не забудьте заехать лично в одно из нескольких отделений Москвы, чтобы написать заявление! Возможность сделать это удалённо существует только при полном досрочном погашении кредита 🛑 Свои банкоматы - только при отделениях, которых единицы. Внесение наличных через сторонние банкоматы ограничены по сумме внесения 🛑 «Колхозное» мобильное приложение банка. Дико неудобный интерфейс, куцый фунционал. Привет из «нулевых» 👋 🛑 Взяв кредит, будьте готовы к тому, что вас будут еженедельно атаковать «выгодными предложениями специально для вас». Причём снизить % по кредиту без увеличения размера кредита даже не рассматривался. И не думайте, что отказав один раз, они остановятся. Пока не заблокируете их номера, они не успокоятся

Сити банком пользуюсь более 10 лет.Есть и кредитная и дебетовая карта еще с того времени,когда получал зарплату в этом банке. Есть множество предложений,есть возможность переводить товары купленные в кредит в рассрочку.
