Пару лет их клиент. Очень высокие процентные ставки по кредитам и кредитным картам, очень невыгодный курс обмена валют. Сейчас расстаюсь с ними по причине одностороннего почти двукратного повышения процентной ставки по кредиту. Без предупреждения, без уведомления. Хоть это и не проблема, я читаю банковские выписки, но считаю это неуважением. Кроме вежливости персонала, плюсов у них, как у банка, я не увидел. Не рекомендую.

Закрывал зарплатную карту. Все сделали быстро, не напрягая, помогли перекинуть остаток на телефон. Предлагали завести новую карту, но делали это деликатно, без давления, что очень понравилось.

Уже много лет являюсь клиентом банка и за все эти годы ни разу не разочаровал. Спасибо всем специалистам нижегородского отделения. Девочки на рецепции, вам отдельное спасибо! Всегда вежливые и профессиональные. Открыли счет и сделали карту за час!

С парковкой сложновато, но это центр города😜 Персонал внимательный и ответственный! Очень доволен качеством обслуживания ! Все на высочайшем уровне! Так держать👍

Как же я устал от звонков этого банка. Звонят каждую неделю по несколько раз и предлагают бонусную карту. Ну зачем мне ещё одна карта? Совместите всё в одной! У меня же не два кашелька а один.

Приятное обслуживание, ни разу не пииходилось долго ждать, очень приветливые и любезные сотрудники, на центральной улице, но огромная проблема с парковкой, единственный минус. Пользуюсь услугами банка уже лет 12.

Снимают в тихушку коммисию даже если много лет не пользуетесь, начинают присылась уведомления только когда кончились деньги на балансе (о котором вы забыли т.к. банком давно не пользуетесь) и баланс ушёл в минус. Одним словом хитрят и обманывают.
