Отель сам по себе хороший, уютный. Администратор ужасная женщина кричит, женщина на Ресепше вообще ничего не объясняет,деньги на ветер, не рекомендую

Добрый день! Очень хотелось, чтобы кто-то из руководителей прочитал этот отзыв и принял соответствующие меры по защите своих гостей от нападков, плохого настроения и недобросовестного выполнения своих обязанностей горничной. По порядку проживаем на данный момент в этой гостинице Сити отель расположенной по адресу Волгоградский проспект 42/16 гостиница была проплачена на две недели вперёд 56тысяч рублей. Заселение всё замечательно, но вот горничная это отдельная тема, уборка только мытьё пола, вынос мусора на этом всё!!!!Раковину в ванной комнате не чистит, зеркало тоже, позволяет в адрес гостей неуважительное отношение, обращается по хамски. Я попыталась всё урегулировать с администратором, узнать почему она так себя ведёт? На что получила ответ, что горничная работает 10лет без выходных и отпуска, я всё понимаю, а я здесь при чем? Я в чем виновата, что человек озлобленный, усталый (сказывается 10лет без выходных) на мне срывается. Я приехала на реабилитацию с больным ребёнком мне хватает своих проблем, чтобы ещё вникать в нехватку персонала, недосып и тому подобное. Убедительная просьба к руководству провести разъяснительную беседу с данным работником.

Отель на 10 номеров, аккуратно, чисто, номера не маленькие. Wi-Fi на 3, проверить почту - посмотреть новости в текстовом виде. На первом этаже кафе. Завтраки в номер - бутерброды каша молочка. Минус за звукоизоляцию.
