Сегодня, 02.02.2020 в аварийную диспетчерскую по тел. +73462958030 не дозвониться- "номер не доступен". У меня в квартире потолок и стена мокрая. Мне ждать когда ливень пойдёт и МЧС вызывать? Хороша аварийная которая не работает. Зато за обслуживание берут по 2000 руб/мес. Ранее приходила к ним с вопросом когда мусоропровод запустят - сидят 2е бабы и она говорит то через 3 года, а вторая что никогда и ржут. Это что за работники такие? Что за хамское отношение?

Сегодня, 25.12.2020 в 16-40, в аварийную диспетчерскую звонила 3 раза на протяжении 15 минут. Сработала сигнализация, на улице -45°С а дома 2 маленьких детей (1 ребенку 1 мес.), нужно было понимать тащить ли их на такой мороз или проклятый Сибпромстрой устроил очередную проверку (они бывают каждый 3-4недели). 2 раза звонила в аварийную по 5 минут слушала их музыку, а после просто сбрасывали звонок. Только с 3-его раза дозвонилась. Это не аварийная, это роздолбательная и наплевательная служба!!!!! И уберите гирлянду с сайта Системы - за этим придурошным украшением не видно чего то более важного - НОМЕР ТЕЛЕФОНА АВАРИЙНОЙ!!!! Программистов нормальных берите, а не раздолбаев всяких (мобильная на Андроид, тестировать нужно то что лепят идиоты)
