Невежливо, заурядно, ингредиенты среднего качества, кондитеру должно быть стыдно. Вид хороший. Рестораном можно назвать только из-за интерьера и ценника. Не вернемся. Заказали зеленый чай из коллекции Новикова и два десерта. Счёт: ок.1450 руб. Сорт зеленого чая предполагает многократную заварку при которой вкус раскрывается все лучше и лучше. Но уже со второй заварки вкус пропал от слова совсем. Десерт Банановый брауни: полит советской шоколадной карамелью, внутри «столбы» банана. Ощущения - сгущенка с бананом. У кондитера очевидно проблема с балансом вкуса. Нижний слой был вкусным, неприторным, с приятной текстурой. Но его в десерте меньше всего. В меню заявлен вес 200гр, по ощущению были все 350-400. Видимо, пытаются компенсировать количеством. Десерт Медовик: слишком сладкий крем внутри, у бисквита нет вкуса мёда, просто тростниковый сахар. Сверху вкусные орехи. Слои совершенно неотличимы по вкусу, нет никакого контраста между чуть кислым сметанным кремом и медовым бисквитом. Если что, идея медовика именно в этом. Оформление ресторана очень хорошее, крайне удачное место, отличный вид, удобная мебель. Официанты внимания не обращают. Нас переодически обслуживал официант друго стола. Девушка, которая работает на входе, где сыры и десерты откровенно хамила. Отвечала на простейшие вопросы о ингредиентах и вкусе, как будто мы ей что-то должны и «вообще че приперлись». После такого отношения хотелось уйти, аппетит испортился, но молодой человек убедил остаться и дать шанс. Больше не прийдем.
