Наверное удобно то,что визовые центры разных стран в одном месте.Неудобно то,что навигация по зданию недоработана:мало указателей,вход и выход-это разные понятия,подходы к лифту и резкие повороты.А в остальном сотрудники вежливые и их много.На подачу документов очень быстро двигается очередь (я свою пропустила).И смотрите на талон - в нем указан сектор,в котором располагается нужная вам страна.Подсказок в зале мало,но зато стоит много компьютеров.

Съезжают все, кто может, даже аптека, салон красоты, магазин духов, спорт пит, салон цветов поменялся и думают, раз всех не идет, то пойдет у других, а так не бывает и тдНе заключайте с ними договоров аренды, они для них являются ничем, в одностороннем порядке все, что захотят изменят, даже не фантазируйте себе… все ваши деньги вложенные в ремонт останутся у них, прекрасный способ заработка и ремонта помещений за счет добросовестных арендаторов, вы сделали ремонт, а вам аренду через пару трой ку месяцев подняли минимум на 30%, вы говорите у нас же договор…, а они в ответ, ничего личного только бизнес… кофейни плодятся одна на одной уже сидят и все задыхаются, но вы же помните, для бц важно сделать ремонт площадей за счет арендаторов, не нравится идите отсюда. Итог: не думайте даже лезть в это богом забытое и гнилое место, здесь нет никакого дохода ни у кого, кроме владельцев бц! Если бы нас кто-то предупредил об этом заранее не стали бы вкладываться в это убогое здание и заключать договор аренды. Никому никогда не рекомендую! – показать
