Хороший магазин. Большой выбор нужного оборудования для сипап-терапии. Попал на акцию, чему очень рад. Долго думал, где приобрести аппарат, хорошо, что знакомые посоветовали именно этот магазин.

Не могу не отметить, что здесь очень тепло общаются с пациентами. Оборудование я думаю везде одинаковое, но отношение точно разное. Звонил в один магазин до того как сюда обратиться – мне минут 10 втирали, какие все остальные магазины плохие. Так и быть не буду писать, что это был за магазин. Но сразу как бы становятся понятно, что люди там заботятся о своих выгодах и пытаются "топить" конкурентов. Здесь же ничего подобного. Позвонил за 3 минуты до закрытия, думал что уже поздно. Но мне ответили, и не меньше четверти часа менеджер со мной говорила о моих проблемах и как их решить. Даже не думая меня торопить. Это было очень приятно, поэтому заказать захотелось здесь. Доставка была самовывозом с Багрицкого, так что еще могу сказать что офис чистенький, хороший. На все вопросы отвечают нормально, полноценно. Все документы дают, про гарантии оговаривают. Все конечно познается в сравнении. Тут например не кидаются сразу к человеку с кофе и поклонами, что бывает в некоторых других местах где продают дорогое оборудование. Этого как бы ждешь немного по старым привычкам). Но в целом, повторяю, понравилось. Профессионально.
