Купил два красивых номера у них: себе и жене. Ни слова не сказали, что номера мне принадлежать не будут. Попросил вернуть деньги - отказали. Потом поменяли мнесамостоятельно тариф. Попал на штраф с парковкой в центре 2500, так как с этого номера система снять деньги не может. А я был уверен, что заплатил. Смс о том, что не оплачено пришло через несколько минут. За выкуп запросили 5000 рублей за Билайновский и 15000 за МТС. Пошёл с ними судиться - иск об обмане. Дошёл до апелляционной инстанции. Проиграл обе, так как доказать обман в нашей стране практически невозможно. Потратил кучу денег на суды, времени и сил. Очень жалею, что связался с этой конторой. Не знаю что делать с этими номерами с кастрированным функционалом ( ни банк привязать, ни парковку оплатить), и выкинуть жалко и пользоваться невозможно - вынужден держать ещё телефон и жена тоже. НЕ СВЯЗЫВАЙТЕСЬ с этими обманщиками.

Вопрос решили 22.01.1918. Пришлось ехать в офис своим ходом и там выдали новую симку со старым номером. Все как бы хорошо, но осадочек остался. Оказывается надо обязательно звонить куда-то каждый месяц, чтобы списывались средства с карты. Если не звонить, то номер отбирают без предупреждения и выставляют на продажу. Так что крепко думайте, покупать тут что-либо или нет.

Татьяна, данная процедура это прерогатива компании оператора, если номерами не пользуются 3 и более месяцев, то их блокируют.
