Всегда желая посетить Россию и иметь возможность жить и работать в таком ярком и захватывающем городе, я была так рада начать работать с Simply English. Компания Simply English помогла с подачей заявления на визу, а также с жильем, что значительно облегчило первый переезд в Москву. С момента принятия на должность преподаватели получают полную поддержку со стороны персонала Simply English, а внутри компании существует открытое общение. После прибытия в Москву учителя проходят комплексную неделю обучения, прежде чем приступить к преподаванию. В эту неделю обучения включена помощь в навигации в метро, а также веселые экскурсии, которые помогут лучше познакомиться с городом. Обучение начинается через неделю после завершения обучения. Благодаря Simply English учителя получают возможность преподавать в различных условиях; в детских садах и школах, а также у частных клиентов. Различные уроки проходят в разных частях города, и мне это очень понравилось, потому что это дало мне возможность увидеть несколько разных частей города по пути на эти разные уроки. Однако это означает, что вам придется проводить больше времени в метро, чтобы добраться до разных частей города. Физическое время пребывания в метро у каждого учителя разное, так как график у каждого учителя разный, однако я понимал и был готов к необходимости ездить на метро каждый день, поэтому меня это не смущало. И хотя размеры метро кажутся пугающими, им довольно легко пользоваться, а навигация довольно проста, что становится еще проще благодаря умению учителя читать русский алфавит. Поскольку учителя будут работать с различными группами учащихся, начиная от частных клиентов, которые обучаются индивидуально, и заканчивая классами учащихся, учителя будут готовить ряд различных уроков. Однако с Simply English этот процесс не сложен и становится еще проще с помощью директора программы, который готов помочь ответить на любые вопросы учителя о потребностях класса или ученика. Simply English использует множество программ, чтобы предоставлять своим клиентам индивидуальные и персонализированные программы. Учителя будут следовать этим программам и заранее подготовленным учебным планам, поэтому, как я уже сказал, планирование уроков становится намного проще, поскольку у нас уже есть руководства, которым можно следовать. Еще одним преимуществом планирования и подготовки уроков является то, что Simply English предоставляет все материалы для уроков учителя и сможет получить любые дополнительные материалы по запросу учителя. В целом, возможность жить и работать в Москве была невероятным опытом, и я искренне благодарен Simply English за предоставленную мне возможность сделать это! Having always wanted to visit Russia, and to have the opportunity to live and work in such a vibrant and exciting city, I was so excited to begin working with Simply English. Simply English managed the arrangements for the visa application, as well as the housing arrangements, which made moving to Moscow for the first time much easier. From the time of accepting the position, teachers have the complete support of the staff at Simply English, and there is open communication within the company. After arriving in Moscow, teachers have a comprehensive week of training before beginning to teach. Included in this week of training is assistance in navigating the metro, as well as fun excursions that help you get better acquainted with the city. Teaching begins the week following the completion of training. With Simply English, teachers have the opportunity to teach in various environments; in kindergartens and schools, as well as with private clients. The different lessons take place in different parts of the city, which I truly enjoyed because it provided me with the opportunity to see multiple different parts of the city while on my way to these different lessons. This does, however, mean that you will need to spend more time on the metro in order to get to these different parts of the city. The time physically on the metro varies for each teacher as each teacher’s schedule is different, however, I understood and was prepared for the need to ride the metro everyday, so it did not bother me. And while the sheer size of the metro seems intimidating, it is quite easy to use, and navigating is fairly simple, made even easier by a teacher’s ability to read the Russian alphabet. As teachers will work with a variety of student groups, ranging from private clients who are taught individually, to classes of students, teachers will be preparing a number of different lessons. However, with Simply English, the process is not difficult, and is made even easier with the assistance of the Programs Director, who is available to help answer any questions the teacher may have about the class or student’s needs. Simply English uses a variety of programs so as to provide custom and personalized programs for its clients. Teachers will follow these programs and their pre-prepared syllabi, so as I said, lesson planning is made much easier as we already have guides to follow. Another great thing about lesson planning and preparation, is that Simply English provides all materials for a teacher’s lessons, and will be able to get any additional materials at the request of the teacher. Overall, having the opportunity to live and work in Moscow was an incredible experience and I’m truly grateful to Simply English for giving me the chance to do so!
