Хороший Винный магазин, но где-то последний год постоянно меняются продавцы, появилось много молодых и явно малоопытных ребят , которые слабо разбираются в том, что продают.

Переодически забирал интернет заказы, персонал знаю в лицо. Тут по дороге к врачу решил приобрести презент. Не вышло из-за отсутствия оригинала паспорта. Карта лояльности, фото паспорта в телефоне и то, что мне 5-й десяток (я седой и лысый) - не аргумент. PS все что не делается, все к лучшему. Поскольку это был первый раз в моей жизни, когда мне не продали алкоголь без паспорта, зашёл в ближайший магазин и выяснил, что цены в соседнем магазине на те же позиции существенно ниже. Несмотря на то, что в simplewine «клиентские дни» и «скидки 20-30%».

Евгений, добрый день! Нам невероятно жаль, что у вас осталось неприятное послевкусие от посещения винотеки. Действительно, к сожалению, нам приходится быть довольно дотошными в вопросе проверки документов - нас очень часто и строго проверяют.
