Только что посетила данный магазин на Восстания. Выражаю огромную благодарность продавцу (паренёк, не обратила внимания на бейдж). Очень вежливый, начитанный и внимательный. Очень быстро помог определиться с выбором( виски или ром). Паспорт , как и всех негативщиков ниже, конечно же спросили. Впечатления после посещения магазина только положительные, благодаря таким специалистам! Рекомендую

Специально делал крюк, чтобы зайти купить вина именно в данную винотеку. Итог: при попытке оплатить покупку мне отказывают из-за отсутствия оригинала паспорта. При этом, на дворе 21 год, везде QR коды и про цифровизацию общества рассказывают из каждого утюга. Теперь даже мимо проходя с паспортом в кармане желания заходить не будет…

Илья, добрый день! Спасибо вам за отзыв! Разумеется, мы понимаем, какое неудобство доставляют проверки паспорта, но мы вынуждены это делать - закон и проверки его соблюдения очень суровы. Мы рискуем не только получить штраф, но и потерять лицензию, что приведет к закрытию любимой многими винотеки. Мы обязательно будем пользоваться любым дополнительным способом подтверждать возраст, который признают проверяющие органы, а пока просим вас с пониманием отнестись к этой вынужденной мере. Отличная сеть! Винчик годный даже в бюджетном секторе, но рассчитывайте оставить хотя бы тысячу за бутылку.
