15.03.2020 г. в автосалоне КИА сдавала по трейд-ин Рио и брала новую Киа Соул, все сделали достаточно оперативно не смотря на большой наплыв народа. Вся процедура заняла половину дня, но тут не вина автосалона, а ажиотаж от роста валюты и выходной день. Менеджер по Трейд-ин Игнатенко Андрей очень быстро оформил все документы. По покупке нового авто со мной работал Максим Чесноков, но в день выдачи у него был выходной и Максим меня передал менеджеру Эдгару (не помню как его фамилия) ребята молодц ы, очень вежливые, приятные молодые люди, на протяжении всего времени оформления купли-продажи и кофе угостят и перекусить предложат. Пока ждали когда освободится менеджер по кредиту, выгнали мою новую машину, Эдгар все показал, рассказал. Менеджер по кредитам Ирина тоже очень хорошая девушка. В общем в плане обслуживания ничего плохого я не увидела, все вежливые и внимательные. Хорошая зона отдыха с барчиком и вкусным кофе. Через 3 дня после покупки машины мне звонил менеджер Эдгар и интересовался довольна ли я покупкой, в общем внимание к клиентам у ребят на 5!) Из минусов это то, что касса автосалона берет комиссию при оплате наличными первоначального взноса, а при оплате страховок за наличные комиссия не взимается, в общем странный такой единственный минус. – показать
