На днях пришла за фото на паспорт. Качество услуги на 3. Девушка не показала даже результат, который вывела на печать. Вообщем потратила деньги зря.

Здравствуйте! При заказе фото на документы вы в праве требовать переделать фото под ваши предпочтения с указанием необходимых деталей. Приносим наши извинения.

В 2018 году, в эпоху 3d принтеров, виртуальной и дополненной реальности, типография не в состоянии распечатать фото формата 13х18. Я пребываю в шоке. Это один из стандартных форматов. Девушка, принимавшая заказ, сказала, что печать будет на бумаге большего формата. На вопрос, обрежут ли фото до необходимого размера, она ответила, что может быть, в типографии разберутся. Я попросила указать комментарии, что она не сделала. Итог: сижу дома обычным ножницами обрезаю с 4х сторон каждую фото, отлично, спасибо! В каждой типографии есть профессиональный резак для визиток, фото и прочего для ровного среза! Но видимо не здесь. Услугой полностью не довольна, в следующий раз обращусь в другую компанию.

Здравствуйте! Приносим извинения за задержку ответа. Мы Вас прекрасно понимаем, ситуация не самая приятная. Конечно же резаки у нас есть. Бумага действительно выпускается формата 15х20. У оператора нагрузка в несколько сотен фотографий ежедневно, поэтому обрезка фото производится, только если об этом дополнительно указано в заказе. Продавец это сделать забыла по неопытности. Приносим извинения за неудобства. Хорошо, что у вас было всего несколько штук и все они получились отличного качества. Надеемся на понимание. Всего Вам доброго!
