Ужасный френч за 3,5 часа. На следующий день переделывала в другом салоне. Не дорожат клиентами

Доброе утро! Почему не дорожат? Очень даже дорожат и стараются! Просто не все мастера умеют рисовать френч. И это нормально. Не видела студий Маникюра, чтобы все мастера умели рисовать идеально. А если при процедуре что то не нравиться, надо обязательно подсказать мастеру, как вам бы хотелось.

Да? прошло 2 месяца, прежде чем вы ответили. При записи у администратора (заранее, за 2 недели) я спросила к кому записаться НА ФРЕНЧ, если Олеся в отпуске. Мне ответили «Я бы посоветовала Ирину». В назначенный день мне позвонил администратор и попросил приехать на час раньше (не к 19, а к 18). И без предупреждения мне заменили мастера на неизвестно кого. Как я должна догадаться, если я никого из мастеров не знаю, кроме Олеси? Потом оказалось, что Ирина отказывается делать не своему постоянному клиенту. Когда я уходила, я показала работу администратору, но не получила ни извинений, ни предложения переделать. Её интересовал только вопрос оплаты. – показать

Я была на массаже лица у косметолога Евгении! Хотела бы выразить свою благодарность!) я очень довольна эффектом, мое лицо омолодилось и сияет свежестью!) обязательно пройду полный курс массажей у вас для закрепления результата! Просто хотела сказать спасибо, что в наше время ещё остались мастера, которые работают в чётком соотношении цена/качество!
