Уютно, тепло, радостно, дружелюбно)) а Яночка - это не только таак любящий свою работу человек, внимательный инструктор, но и заряд позитива, улыбки, чай и обнимашки))) ощущение каждый раз - как дома)))

Очень атмосферное место в центре Москвы рядом с метро. Йога для каждого - хатха, гамаки и женская йога. Инструктор Яна Танас - чуткий и очень веселый :) проводник в мир познания духовных и физических практик. Очень уютное пространство с приятными людьми, куда хочется приходить после работы, чтобы немного отдохнуть от суеты большого шумного города. Зал для занятий большой и удобный. В комнате с камином угостят вкусным чаем и вкусняшками. Приходите, увидимся на ковриках и в гамаках :)
