Сайт компании (а вместе с ним и систему бронирования - покупки билетов) похоже делал сын маминой подруги. Нужно было купить билет на концерт Вадима Самойлова. Зашел, забронировал. Перешел в раздел "выкуп брони", ввел данные карты и всё, редиректит на страничку с грустным смайлом "Увы заказ не оплачен", с крестиком, который не нажимается. Решил обнулить броню. А вот фиг вам. При нажатии на кнопу "обнулить" редиректит на страницу с текстом "Whoops, looks like something went wrong." В общем, не выкупить, не обнулить броню я так и не смог. Место (которое мне было нужно), получается, осталось заблокированным. Позвонил, отвечают "к сожалению, ничем помочь не можем". Пошел в кассу, там тоже плечами пожимают, хотел просто выкупить в кассе, не тут-то было, у них только наличный расчет! А у меня налички с собой не было. Вот и ушел не солоно хлебавши.

Виталий, добрый день! Спасибо за Ваш отзыв! Хочется заметить, что обнуление брони для покупателей недоступно. Это может делать только администратор сайта. В редких случаях в программе бывают сбои и она не даёт выкупить билет на сайте. Что касается оплаты за наличный расчёт, то в скором времени мы планируем устанавливать терминалы. В случае, если зрителям не удаётся самостоятельно решить вопрос о покупке билета, они связываются с нашим офисом 21-73-18, и мы в кратчайшие сроки помогаем решить проблему. Свяжитесь пожалуйста с нами, мы обнулим Вашу бронь и у Вас будет возможность сделать покупку на сайте.
