Какой питомник - мне не известно. Заказывала через интернет-магазин с самовывозом (родственники забирали). При 100 % ой оплате - саженцы ужасные: 2 плодовых сухие без признаков жизни, а один уже с цветами - поздно садить, хотя была возможность забрать заказ раньше. Отношение отвратительное, даже не к покупателям, а растениям - они их не любят и не заботятся, и при этом продают погибшими. Не садоводы , а губители растений (ничего личного - просто это их бизнес). Не добросовестные и обманщики.

Добрый день! Спасибо за оставленный Вами отзыв. Приносим извинения если получение вами саженцы действительно были засохшими. Обычно при самовывозе доставка до пункта выдачи в Новокузнецке составляет 1 день, персонал магазина ухаживает за саженцами до того, как вы заберете заказ. Если бы вы уточнили номер вашего заказа мы бы могли разобраться более подробно в чем может заключаться причина засыхания саженцев. Также на сайте интернет-магазина в разделе гарантии есть информация, как написать претензию. Каждый случай мы рассматриваем индивидуально. В случае обнаружении брака по вине продавца, продавец гарантирует возврат денежных средств или замену саженцев по письменному заявлению покупателя и предоставлении документов, подтверждающих наличие брака. Мы реализуем саженцы в контейнерах с развитой корневой системой, поэтому цветущие растения тоже можно высаживать в грунт. Корневая система при пересадке не повреждается, поэтому саженцы хорошо приживаются не зависимо от времени пересадки (весна, лето, осень).

Заказ оплатила по 100% предоплате 15/09 + 10% от стоимости товара - за упаковку, ожидала месяц. Оказывается, отправили в другой (!!!) район, да еще и наложенным платежом стоимостью 850 рублей.Требую вернуть деньги- отказываются. По указанным телефонам конторы трубку не берут, а если трубку взяли, то информацией не владеют, при этом адекватно вести себя и разговаривать даже не пытаются.
