Благодарю данное агенство за проведенную сделку по продаже квартиры в Иркутске и всю помощь, которую оно оказывало. Отдельно благодарю Андрея и Алексея за ваш профессионализм. 1-Продали квартиру, за которую брались 6(!) риэлторов разных агентств и никто не смог довести дело до конца. Продавалась она почти 5 лет, а эти люди смогли продать за 3 месяца. Алексей грамотно, главное честно подошел к вопросу продажи и не кормил нас зря завтраками, а говорил как есть реалистично и тактично, что вызывало доверие. В отличии от других риэлторов подготовил бахилы, прибирал квартиру перед приходом покупателей и самое главное всегда делал отчеты, что успокаивало. Андрей в момент продажи взял на себя все обязательства по проведению сделки. Все было сделано четко, честно и главное быстро - за 1,5 дня все было завершено, учитывая, что я не жила в Иркутске. На любой мой вопрос всегда получала ответ. Даже когда после продажи квартиры в Иркутске я покупала квартиру в Москве я позвонила Андрею и он консультировал меня на каждом этапе сделки, которая длилась около месяца. С разницей во времени в 5 часов Андрей ночью в 12 часов ночи был на связи со мной и продавцами квартиры и помогал провести эту сделку безопасно. Просто хочу сказать слова благодарности, спасибо за вашу честность, клиентоориентированность и профессионализм, этого сейчас редко встретишь. Рекомендую. Спасибо!
