Замечательный клуб! Занимаюсь там уже несколько лет. За это время избавился от лишнего веса, неуверенности в себе и страха перед дракой. Тренерский состав и группа уже через пару месяцев воспринимается как семья. Неважно, какой у вас уровень. Нулевой или профи. Работа над собой найдётся для каждого. Постоянные смены партнёров в спарингах не дают привыкания к соперникам. Группы смешанные. Тип тренировок всегда чередуется: БЖЖ, борьба в стойке, борьба в партере, ударка, ММА. У каждого тренера свой подход к занятиям, как с детьми, так и со взрослыми. Видя успехи детей, часто начинают ходить и родители. Периодически проходят соревнования, а также открытые дни борьбы, где вся тренировка состоит из быстрой разминки и спарингов. Аттестация на пояс раз в полгода. Постоянно приезжают приглашённые тренеры и чемпионы из разных боевых искусств и дают открытые уроки-семинары. Лучшая замена серым вечерам дома перед компьютером, посиделкам в баре и походам в фитнес центры.

Это лучшый спортивный клуб для детей и взрослых!!!! Очень тесная связь между тренером, ребенком и родителями!!! Всегда поддержка и взаимовыручка!!!!
