Приобрел сегодня в данном автосалоне Рено Флюенс. Был до этого в других салонах, смотрел другие авто и общался с разными менеджерами, не буду рекламировать их, потому как не хочу это делать. Расскажу, какое впечатление (в сравнении с другими) осталось о данном автосалоне: во-первых, честный и деликатный подход, - со мной работал Кирилл (очень конструктивно и плодотворно) с самого начала. Он помог провести диагностику автомобиля, показал историю владения и прохождения ТО. во-вторых, приятная атмосфера в салоне, - грамотно спланирована обстановка; доброжелательный коллектив; сложилось впечатление, что люди профессионально занимаются своим делом. в-третьих, поймал себя на мысли, что за следующим автомобилем приду именно сюда, чтобы не тратить своё время на поиски и нервы на разочарование. Спасибо руководству, за правильно организованную работу салона; сотрудникам, за профессионализм и позитивные эмоции.

Научите общаться с клиентами свой кол центр ! Звонят сделать продажу очередного ТО , клиента не слушают и не слышат , ещё и трубку бросают когда клиент не договорил. Вопрос зачем звонили ? 🤦🏽‍♀️
