В общем работали с со службой Шустрый заяц пол года. Это трэш: 1. регулярная пересортица и недостачи по складу (держали груз на ответственном хранении у них с доставкой с их склада)2. возврат средств за потеряный товар добивались месяцами, а за последний утерянный товар деньги и вовсе не вернули. Директриса (уж простите, но директором эту девушку — Татьяну не назвать) кормит постоянными обещаниями о проведении инвентаризации, или возврате средств за доставки, но постоянно ничего не делает чтоб ы наладить ситуацию. В службе бардак. 3. Периодически курьеры хамят клиента вплоть. От директора — Татьяны, опять сполошные обещания, что ситуация наладится, но по-прежнему работают из рук вон плохо, особенно по московской области..4. Когда они поняли, что мы от них уходим — просто не вернули полученные с клиентов деньги за неделю работы =).Так что подумайте 100 раз перед тем как связываться с этой лавкой и конкретно Татьяной. Подали на них в суд… но надо ли оно кому-то?? – показать

Хочу поделиться своей историей взаимоотношений с Шустрым Зайцем. Фирма московская, но работает и у нас в Питере, поэтому про их директора сказать ничего не могу, а вот качеством услуг доволен.У меня интернет-магазин техники Apple, так что была важна адекватность как самих курьеров, так и договора в части материальной ответственности за сохранность. В этой компании все прописано именно так как нужно, ну и посмотрел на их сотрудников — тоже вполне нормальные ребята. В итоге работаем уже 8 месяцев , полет нормальный!По деньгам кстати их предложение — одно из самых выгодных, а при большом объеме услуг можно еще и дополнительно сторговаться, так что это всяко лучше, чем заморачиваться с собственными курьерами. – показать
