"Отмечали" корпоратив 28.12.2018! Праздник в этом караоке- баре, по-другому это место не назовешь, отвратительный! Людей было в два раза больше, чем мог поместить зал. Лестницу на второй этаж заставили цветами, что абсолютно не допустимо по технике безопасности. МЕНЮ с солеными огурцами и двумя салатами, ешьте на здоровье, вино открыли, когда мы привели за руку официанту к столу. Горячее подали к 22.00 (после жалобы), караоке началось в 19.00 вместо обещенной в 18.00 Новогодней программы. Холодно и накурено. За 2400рублей обслужите и развлеките себя сами! Никому не советуем это заведение!!!!

Отдыхали коллективом в этом заведении на новогоднем корпоративе. Ужасное меню,особенно салат с серой капустой,солёные огурцы и помидоры мы могли бы и дома покушать,горячее принесли к 22.30,это при том,что вечеринка началась в 18.00. Забили зал на втором этаже людьми так,что даже танцевать было негде. Ужасная духота,на просьбу включить кондиционеры или еще что-то,получили ответ: Ничего не работает!!! Отвратительное отношение официанток с поминальными лицами и недовольным тоном в разговоре: На просьбу открыть шампанское,получили в ответ отказ,что оказывается это не входит в их обязанности! Мы были женским составом и открыть его сами не имели возможности,благодаря диджею эта проблема решилась. Это заметьте РЕСТОРАН!!! Сложилось такое ощущение,что это заведение ориентированно не для отдыха людей,а с целью наживы на людях,которые за 2400 получили такой "приятный отдых". Мы ушли из этого ужаса даже не дождавшись окончания праздника. Наша организация больше никогда не придет в это заведение и не порекомендует его другим жителям Томска.

Ситуация, которая произошла с Вами в нашем заведении является для нас крайне неприятной, ведь мы дорожим своими клиентами и предъявляем высокие требования к персоналу. Приносим свои извинения за представленное неудобства.
