Оцениваю как арендатор. За три дня менеджер, которая прикреплена к квартире, ни разу не связалась со мной по заданным вопросам. В итоге агентство скинуло её номер, я сама попробовала с ней связаться (на минуту агентство просит полную стоимость аренды за месяц в качестве комиссии за свои услуги, непонятно только какие в моем случае), в ответ - тишина. Решения никакого от агентства нет, только обещания снова передать агенту данные. 1 звезду можно поставить только за вежливое общение сотрудниц информационного отдела, которые обещают изо дня в день связаться с агентом (но толку то). В дополнение: на следующий день от этого отзыва и моего оповещения компании о негативном отзыве Ксения Егорова (собственно менеджер) смогла дозвониться и сообщить, что объект, какое удивление, сдан. Кстати, все объявления с этой квартирой до сих пор висят как активные.

С первого взгляда компания показалась вполне обычно,но подписав соглашение, а в последствии эксклюзивный договор, я был более чем приятно удивлен отношению и тому объему работ который выполняет агент. Работа качественная и полностью открытая.
