Отвратительное отношение к клиенту!!! 22.02.2019 год, ожидаю доставку подарка для мужа, весь день ни звонка, ни смс о том, когда и то привезет мне мой заказ.23.02.2019 звоню на горячую линию, прошу сказать где находится мой заказ, на что мне сказали "ваш заказ будет доставлен сегодня с 10 до 18 часов, за час до доставки курьер с вами свяжется". И вот на часах 17.00, ни курьера, ни звонка от него нет, снова звоню на горячую линию и слышу такой гениальный ответ "а сегодня в вашем регионе отдел курьерский не работает и ваш заказ доставят вам лишь в понедельник 25.02.2019."Самая ненадежная курьерская служба!!!!Никому не рекомендую

На работе пользуемся услугами этой курьерской службы, а теперь даже когда мне самой нужно отправить письмо, доки, посылку и тд, то конечно же ничего другого не ищу) пользоваться удобно и всё в срок.

Отправляли документы и пару раз посылки. В целом удобно, приятный персонал и доступные цены. Удобно что есть своя упаковка под разные виды отправлений.
