Живу тут второй год. Для меня это первое крупное жилье. Всю жизнь прожила в центре, перебравшись сюда были рады, что лес рядом и тишина. Потом начали сталкиваться с рядом проблем. 1. Не было магазинов рядом, нужно было ехать закупаться. Потом всё таки открылся Магнит. 2. Нет аптек. Это большая проблема! Аптека нужна всегда и при любом раскладе, а не открывать несколько алкомаркетов в ЖК. 3. Нет детского сада. У нас ещё нет детей, но это был критерий, чтобы приобрести здесь жилье. Про строительство других корпусов я вообще молчу. 4. Транспортная доступность до Москвы. Все кто у нас тут живут, работают в Москве. Конечно есть машины, но я часто езжу своим ходом, так как машина одна. Добираться до остановки не так уж просто. Нужно иди вдоль дороги, в разное время года это составляет некоторые трудности. остановка которая ближе к ЖК там останавливается маршрутка с очень кусающимся ценником. Чтобы уехать дешевле нужно пройти ещё дальше. В общем, есть минусы, от которых никуда не деться.
