Кухня так себе,обслуживание тоже.Цены как во всей сети,а бонусов нет.Не понравилось.

Сегодня с подругой посетили Шоколадницу у метро Отрадное.Окончив свой завтрак,мы увидели отвратительную картину.Женщина приблизительно минут.20 -30 ждала пока откроется туалет.Из туалета вышел БОМЖ с мокрой мочалкой и вещами.Он там мылся.Это ужжжас!!!Сотрудники Шоколадницы видели данную ситуацию и ничего не сделали,спокойно отреагировали.На вопрос есть ли здесь нормальный чистый туалет,ничего не предприняли.Уборщица видела данную ситуацию и даже не стала мыть после этого туалет.Все были равнодушны к этому.Даже страшно представить ,что на кухне.После такого,больше нет желания посещать данное заведение именно в Отрадном.

Место, где чтобы к тебе подошел официант, нужно специально его самому искать, просить обслужить… я не гордая, обычно все равно удобно поесть здесь, но сегодня произошел апогей этого прикола) прождала я значит официанта минут 20, устала махать ему, наконец чудо произошло, но, подойдя ко мне, официант сообщила что еду ждать 30 минут из за поломки плиты. Вопрос))) почему никому не поручили сразу уведомлять пришедших в заведение людей об этом? Вообще такое ощущение сложилось, что в этот раз было особенно сложно дозваться официанта, потому что они надеялись что люди не дождутся, уйдут сами и не придется объясняться хаха Сделали удобную фичу, заказ и оплату блюда по кью ар коду. Таким образом решается проблема с официантами и еду приносят сразу. Но очень часто переходя по коду, нельзя сделать заказ, так как там еще висит предыдущий заказ и его предлагают оплатить. То ли баг, то ли удочка на лоха.
