Полный провал! Первое вынесли в месте с вторым одновременно, про хлеб забыли. В яйце пашот сырой белок. Все приготовлено отвратительно. За ужасное обслуживание даже никто не извинился. Официанты абсолютно не компетентны....

Были сегодня. Просто чудовищно медленно. Один повар, один бариста. Кофе ждали полчаса.официантки чек несли ещё минут пятнадцать. Плохо, не советую идти туда

Мы постоянные клиенты сети Шоколадница и нам все нравится. Но такого плохого обслуживания как в Шоколаднице а Аутлете нигде не встречали((( Все ОЧЕНЬ медленно, неприветливо и невнимательно!!! Займитесь пожалуйста отбором и обучением персонала в этом кафе, чтобы не портить репутацию.
