Очень долго ждать заказ, помещение грязноватое, в туалете тоже не сильно чисто. На входе тусуются курьеры доставки,, неприятно. Сам кофе на троечку.

Вкусное постное меню. Довольно таки тихая и уютная обстановка с небольшим количеством посетителей, поэтому заказы приносят быстро. Но вот что огорчило: 1. Отсутсвие картофеля фри - самого любимого друга детей, к сожалению, это очень плохо. 2. Отсутсвие игровой комнаты, хотя сервис для детей имеется в виде раскрасок. Внимание, вход только со стороны улицы.

Зал маленький, но благодаря "скрытному" расположению заведения переполненным не бывает. Удобно приезжать на машине, т.к. рядом есть бесплатная парковка, в крайнем случае - есть платная вдоль шоссе.

Персонал как сонные мухи. 4 стола с гостями, 2 официанта на зал. Всё еле-еле. Стоят возле бариста, меню подать не пошевелились. Позорище сети Шоколадниц. Старые грязные диваны. Больше ни ногой.

Не рекомендую эту Шоколадницу. Сколько раз заходила в эту Шоколадницу, столько раз там чего то нет из меню. И ответ персонала на это: много народу было! Сегодня, в выходной день, в пять вечера приблизительно, сели за столик. Никто не подходил долгое время, (хотя было 3 официанта на весь зал). Заказали кофе и какао. Спустя минут 15 заказали покушать. И ещё спустя 15 минут нам ничего не подали! Никакого кофе и какао (которое делается пару минут) не подали!!!! Напомнив другому официанту что это н енормально, ничего не изменилось даже через 5 минут. Ушли. Ужасное заведение! – показать

Посетила вчера кафе«шоколадницу»осталась давольна.Очень хорошее обслуживание,все быстро принесли и было очень вкусно.Спасибо Екатерине за прекрасный вечер!
