Добрый вечер, Полнейший игнор официантов на просьбу принять заказ! Не убраны столы: полностью забиты все посудой-сесть было фактически негде. Я понимаю желание официантов уйти пораньше, но время 20:00, а кафе работает до 22! Грязь и только! Наверное прийти с проверкой к Вам нужно, раз так все равно стало

Постоянное ожидание, не зависящее от заполненности зала. Сначала ожидание меню, последнее время беру меню сама, иначе ждать минут 5 точно, потом ожидание, когда примут заказ (от 5-7 минут) , потом ожидание заказа. Всё это в полупустом зале.) Изо дня в день такая картина. Кухня готовит быстро, вопросы к официантам, в основном.

Именно эту Шоколадницу люблю за вкуснющий карамельный капучино! Самая пышная пенка и насыщенный вкус! Пока самый вкусный из всех кафеен сети у них, в Кунцево Плаза.

Очень медленно, не приветливо. Сергей Колыманов пожадничал ваучер со скидкой на кофе, т.к. брала кофе по абонементу. Если у вас положено выдавать эти ваучеры тем, кто оплачивает кофе наличными или картой, почему следующим двум покупателям вы не предоставили этот ваучер? Стесняюсь спросить, что с этими бумажками делает Сергей? Коллекционирует?
