Быстрое обслуживание. Вкусные блюда. Минус звезда за ужасную дверь в туалет. А еще странная штука - заказали с мужем кофе 0,3. Я капучино, а муж - латте. В итоге невооруженным глазом было очевидно, что размеры кружек разные.

Долгое обслуживание, меню долго ждали Только 6 вечера, а в ассотриметре ничего не было Сделано 3 попыки что либо заказть . Администация займитесь закупкой продуктов!!!!!

Несколько раз была здесь, когда посещали аутлет Белая дача. Было все, как обычно, как во всех кафе сети. Последний раз ужаснул просто. Зашла перекусить, присела за столик. Клиентов было не много. Сидела минут пять, никто не подошел и не дал меню. Стала озираться и махать руками, чтобы подошли. Дали меню и пропали опять уже минут на 7. Пришлось опять обращать на себя внимание. Появилась официант, ее звали Яна, она начала быстро бегать между столами, а в это время прибыл народ. При чем обслужила сначала тех, кто пришел последний, а мне пришлось ждать. К еде претензий никаких. Принесла заказ и.... опять пропала. Потом появилась откуда то с улицы с кошельком в руках и какими то пирожками(точно не поняла что это было). Также молниеносно пробежала между столов. Я ушла в недоумении. Как всегда вкусно. Но такого обслуживания я еще не встречала, тем более в такой известной сети кофеен. Две звезды поставила за то, что хотя бы накормили.

Очень недовольна обслуживанием в Шоколаднице (Аутлет Белая Дача). Ожидание официанта продолжалось 10 минут, хотя зал был практически пуст. Не выдержала и ушла. Больше эту кофейню посещать нет желания.

Отвратительно обслуживание!! Очень долго ждёшь официанта, чтобы хотя бы, для начала принёс меню. Уже страшно представить сколько можно ждать саму еду!!! Занято три стола, обслуживание как будто зал битком набит!!! Шоколадница аутлета просто позорит бренд!
