Стабильное качество, но именно в этой шоколадница очень неторопливые официанты, часто приходится самим подходить к бару и просить принять заказ

17.06.2019 зашла пообедать. Первый раз в Шоколаднице вижу такое отношение. Половина пустых столов грязные. Выбирала куда сесть. Выбрала. Долго несли меню. Потом попросили пересесть, так как другой Клиентка нужна была разетка. Пересадили за другой стол. Не спросили, возможно ли я уже выбрала, просто оставили с меню за другим столом. Через 15 мин я ушла, сделав замечание. Даже не извинились. Обедаю в Шоколаднице 5 раз в неделю. В основном на Новослободской улице. В этой первый раз. Кошмар полный.
