Официант отказывает в подаче блюд по причине отсутствия продуктов на кухне. Якобы все утром съели. Время 17.56. 23 марта. Карантин. Зал пустой . Максиму 4 стола на протяжении 5-6 часов.

Отвратительное обслуживание! Ждали в общей сложности заказ целый час. Принесли сначала горячее в конце через час салаты — в первый раз вижу подачу блюд в таком порядке. Заказ для двух гостей приносится отдельно друг от друга с разницей в 15—20 минут, то есть проще «смотрите другу в рот и завидуйте». Официант как говорится » не мычит,не телится». Двадцать раз подходили после заказа, то этого нет, то другого и это в 14 часов и не при полной посадке, зал практически пустой, очень разоч арована -это последнее посещение данного заведения – показать

Маленькие порции( За 1000 рублей мы были вынуждены заехать в другое кафе чтобы купить шаурмы. Паста оказалась маленькой. На счёт напитков претензий нет

Долго несли и забыли про кофе Решили отобедать в Шоколаднице. С ней связаны приятные воспоминания семейного отдыха. Но сейчас, похоже, что-то изменилось. 3 бургера несли 45 минут, а про кофе вообще забыли. Официантка сказала, что повар долго делает. Было неплохо, но обслуживание оставляет желать лучше
