Слишком медленно. Высокие цены не соответствуют вкусу. Яйца-пашот слегка отварные, почти сырые. Музыка громкая и противная. Наконец, заказная тарелка для завтрака с небольшим кофе обошлась в 700 рублей! Кофе был в порядке. Too slow. High prices don't match the taste. Poached eggs are slightly boiled, almost raw. Music is loud and ugly. Finally custom breakfast plate with a small coffee costed 700 RUB! Coffee was Ok.

Хороший сервис; Несмотря на отсутствие английского меню и непонимание английского языка, официантка очень старалась помочь и выбрать еду. Good service; inspite of not having English Menu and not understanding English the waitress tried very hard to help and select the food .

Доброго времени суток. Я являюсь частым гостем этого заведения. Мне все очень нравится. Хороший персонал, быстрая и вкусная еда. Но вчера я столкнулась с хамским отношением официанта Риччи Лоренцо. Отказал в заказе комбо-завтрака в субботу днём(в меню написано, что завтраки весь день). Молча принёс еду, хотя я попросила кофе после еды. Настроение испорчено. Очень надеюсь, что парень исправиться,раз хочет работать с людьми

Один раз вообще не было крышек для стаканов, а что там стабильное - прохлаждающийся персонал, который не будет работать, пока чуть ли по голове не постучишь

В ШОКЕ от Шоколадницы. Часто с подругой ходим в эту сеть: обсуждаем рабочие моменты. Обычно заказываем несколько позиций, оставляем чаевые. Были и на Пушкинской, и на Арбате, и на Соколе — скорость обслуживание вполне адекватная, меню приносят оперативно. Но прямо стала сомневаться, будем ли мы и дальше останавливаться в кафе этой сети. Нам в Шоколаднице на Мясницкой в 20.30 буднего вечера несли меню 15—20 минут, так и не донесли. И это при небольшой загруженности зала и при том, что мы сидели н а «лобном» месте прямо рядом с точкой сбора официантов. И да — нас прекрасно все видели. Попросила официантов дать книгу отзывов и предложений, если у них с меню напряжёнка, — тотальный игнор. Ушли в другое кафе.
