Ужасно. Заказали два завтрака. 1. Лёгкий. Каша пшенная на полке, блинчики со сметаной, чай зелёный. 2. Сытный. Омлет, блинчики со сметаной, чай черный. Чай принесли через 10 минут без сахара. Сахар только по требованию. Салфетки по требованию. Возле столика крошки хлеба. Блинчики принесли через полчаса, когда чай был выпит. Кашу принесли через час заветренную, покрытую коркой и еле тёплую. Попросил позвать администратора. Через 20 минут бездействия начал возмущаться, подошёл к стойке заказав и под видео стал требовать администратора. Книгу отзывов по требованию не дали. Я отказался оплачивать такой завтрак, тем более омлет так и не принесли, спустя 1,5 часа. Вышедший наконец то администратор девушки любезно согласились с тем, что оплачивать такой завтрак не требуется. Больше в Шоколадницу ни ногой. Для меня это заведение закрыто.

Ужас! Кафе внутри тёмное. Официанты беспардонные. Грубый персонал, больше в это кафе не зайду

Очень долгое обслуживание! В кофейне царит какой-то хаос! Всего два официанта бегают по всему залу. Потратила весь обед впустую, прождала 35 минут. В итоге, ела второпях. Настоятельная просьба к руководству, принять меры по данному заведению.

Хорооший и отзывчивый директор, только оставили свои комментарии по работе заведения и буквально сразу получили обратную связь. В заведении были уже несколько раз, рады росту обслуживания и подходу нового руководства. Последний раз кушали чизкейк с ягодами и пирожное пинаколада, очень вкусно, рекомендую!
