Заказали горячее тунец "медиум". Долго ждали. Принесли тунец холодный, пюре комнатной температуры. На претензию ответили "он же средней прожарки". Попросили разогреть, принесли 1/2 блюда и без соуса (наверное испарился, когда разогревали). Больше не приду и не советую другим. Цены на уровне дорогих ресторанов, а обслуживание... Оставляет делать лучшего.

При полупустом зале ожидали офинианта 12 минут. Почему официант забирает чек? В одном из блюд было холодное пюре, один из салатов с сыром был без сыра. Зашли еще раз, ждали пол часа, принесли все "горячие" блюда холодными.

Антисанитария полная!!! Заказывала блины. Ждала больше 20 минут. Случайно увидела, как блины мне готовит парень в верхней одежде. И параллельно там же ещё один надевает куртку. Ощущение, что гардероб и кухня - это одно целое. Выйдя за пределы Шоколадницы, блины просто полетели в урну. Свою брезгливость я не смогла побороть. Сказала всем своим знакомым о произошедшем и зареклась, что больше туда ни ногой.
