Зашла с утра, ни приветствия, ни улыбки(( Бариста всегда хмурый и не довольный. Не первый раз по понедельникам беру капучино по акции и всегда еле, еле теплый и одно молоко, кофе не пахнет((.Если вы уж экономите, то не учавствуйте в акциях. Да и размер стакана уменьшился в два раза.

Воскресенье 9 февраля. Пришли семьёй поужинать,в зале 2 официанта и 7 гостей. Все очень медленно. Соблюдают закон (спросили паспорт) Самое главное что забыли про блюдо (сын заказывал бургер и блинчики). Несмотря на то что девушка записала заказ и повторила его,блинчики не дошли до нас. В целом для нас испортилось ощущение от всей сети,больше не придем

Выходные, работает одна официантка, через 20 минут ожидания подошла вторая, но обслуживание осталось довольно медленным. Чай принесли в чайнике с треснувшим носиком. Клад-сэндвич готовился минут 30. На мой вопрос, когда же он будет наконец готов, официантка ответила: «Ну ещё минут 10 точно, сначала доставка, потом его еще вручную собирают. Вы же не одна здесь». Мне кажется, это немного не то, чего ожидаешь услышать. Услышав такой ответ, женщины с соседнего столика демонстративно удались, чего и мне пожелали. В общем, совсем не советую это место. Жаль, что здесь нельзя ставить 0 звёзд. «Спасибо» отправляется официантке Эдилбековой Жибек.

Любим сеть кофеен Шоколадница. Но не в водном. Все очень медленно, меню не дождешься. Заказы тоже готовятся долго.последние два раз зашли и не дождавшись меню ушли. Больше не пойдём.

Зашла сегодня с сыном и его другом по 13 лет ребятам. Парни в восторге и я тоже. Быстрое обслуживание. Все вкусно. Прекрасный завтрак и хорошее настроение на целый день. Удобный расчёт. Спасибо. Официант прекрасно и быстро обслужила, зовут Галина.
