Отдала практически новые кеды Nike (носила 3 недели) подправить белую подошву, немного стерлась с одного края, мягкая подошва. специально заезжала и спрашивала перед ремонтом, не будет ли заметно. говорят нет, если только на глаз кому-то не наступите. отдала со спокойной душой. через два дня пришла забирать — наискосок срезали на подошве часть пятки. наклеили ДРУГОГО цвета желтую заплатку и неаккуратно проклеили!!! грязные следы от клея по невооруженным глазом заметному шву!!! я была в шоке. тип а другого цвета не было. ЗАЧЕМ ДЕЛАТЬ ДРУГОГО ЦВЕТА?! может мастерская подходит бабушкам. кому все равно в чем ходить, лишь бы ходить. на все мои претензии женщина приемщица и два мастера говорили, что он сделали идеально, а хам мастер в конце сказал вообще — я виновата. что так носила. и женщина вела себя крайне некорректно, хамила.деньги вернули, но кеды испортили!!! они уверены, что они лучшие в районе, что к ним якобы стоит очередь. вот за всей этой уверенностью делают тяп-ляп, а людям приходится выбрасывать свои вещи! обращаюсь в Роспотребнадзор. расслабились, горе-мастера – показать

Мастерская shoesfixОтдал куртку для замены молнии (случайно выскочила собачка при застегивании. куртка новая) взяли 700 руб. указав что помимо молнии необходимо еще поменять заклепки. +200руб. При получении оказалось что заклепки не поставили а воротник ободран. На все претензии отвечают что я уже якобы сдал куртку с ободранным воротником. Сегодня ходил второй раз. Заклепки поставили, но воротник в таком состоянии, что носить вещь просто неприлично. Понесу до судебную претензию. Самое обидное, что играют в дураков по изделию видно, что ни воротник ни манжеты не засаленны и куртка новая. Догадываюсь что случайно при распарывании ободрали воротник а теперь боятся ответственности. Фотографируйте изделия до отдачи в эту мастерскую иначе включают дурака типа так и было… – показать
