Пришли в будний день с женой. Были единственные посетители. Взяли 2 комбо обеда. Выглядят они как бургер и картофель фри. Заказали 2 вишнёвых сока. Сказали есть только один, предложили апельсиновый на замену. Стакан с вишневым соком принесли не полный, по вкусу сильно разбавленный водой. Ждали 27 минут бургеры. Когда стали жарить фри с кухни появился резкий запах старого масла. Ближе к концу обеда, жена увидела в тарелке посреди бургера длинный черный волос. Ее чуть не вырвало. Попросили воды, воды сказали нет, спросили минералку - тоже нет. Попросили повара выйти (через дверь видели что это девушка-азиатка), вышел официант (тоже азиат) сказал что все очень извиняются и уберут этот бургер из чека. После получаса как поели появилась сильная изжога(подозрения про старое масло подтвердилось). Чек вместо 450р. посчитали 200р как обещали. Ещё раз извинились. Были в этом заведении в октябре 2019 года. Официанты были русские молодые ребята, похожие на студентов, приятные и улыбчивые, шеф повар тоже русский. Кухня была вкусная - не было претензий. Сейчас ...выводы делайте сами.

Приносим извинения за такую ситуацию. Хотя про волос посередине бургера - это только если специально положить)) Старого масла не может быть по определению - его меняют каждый день !! И да, у нас работают люди разныхнациональностей, мы живём в многонациональной стране, но кухня у нас как была, так и остаётся вкусной и то, что на данный момент мы стоим на первых местах в выдаче двух самых популярных служб доставки тому свидетельство)
