Внимание, обман!!! Заказала пуговицы к новому пиджаку- заказ N25444. На пункте выдачи посмотрела, что это действительно те пуговицы, которые я заказывала, рассматривать в пакете особо не стала. Дома открыла пакет и оказалось, что пуговицы явно были в употреблении, причем долгое время - пластмасса на наружной стороне затерта донельзя, на некоторых пуговицах даже как будто следы от машинного стежка, металлический ободок на пуговицах болтается. Это как же надо не уважать своих клиентов, чтобы старье подсунуть? Совесть есть у вас??? Неужели за 200 рублей готовы на всё???

Алла, приносим свои извинения! По-видимому, к сожалению, данные пуговицы - это действительно производственный брак! В таком случае, вы могли бы просто позвонить нам в рабочее время, и мы бы без проблем обменяли вам данный товар на другой либо вернули потраченные вами денежные средства. Вы можете выбрать любой из этих двух вариантов решения проблемы. Ваше сообщение в онлайн-чат было отправлено в 18-43 04.0.3.2020, под конец рабочего дня - мы работаем до 19-00. Соответственно, менеджер не успел его обработать. Что же касается вашего замечания! Продавать пуговицы, бывшие в употреблении, а тем более срезать их откуда-то, упаковывать и отправлять на продажу - это, простите, нонсенс! Мы уважаем наших клиентов!

Отличный магазин, в офисе представлен не весь ассортимент (он у них очень широкий), оформление заказа только через сайт, а вот забрать можно в офисе👌🏻 очень хорошие цены на фурнитуру, можно купить в розницу
