Печальное место. Концов посылки не найти. Теряют. Отправляют путают отправителя, возвращают и снова туда же неправильно отправляют. И гуляет посылка два месяца, туда сюда. А получатель ждет. Когда на складе поймут куда отправить. Но, не поймут и не доставят. Тех поддержка ничего не может прояснить. Только вежливо составить обращение. Информация у них там же, что и на сайте отслеживания. Бардак полный.

Дозвониться не возможно, товара 3 день нет, сами не перезванивают по возникшим проблемам с доставкой. Заказы перекладывать с одного курьера на другого. Безответственные!

Продаю запчасти на различные гаджеты через интернет. Отправляю заказы своим покупателям курьерской службой шиптор последний год. Нормально с ней работается, менеджеры ведут себя адекватно, курьеров направляют всегда оперативно. Я не позиционирую у себя на сайте, что доставка делается моментально, у меня на следующий день самый быстрый вариант.

Отличная организация рассылок, но результат отвратительный. Служба поддержки «к сожалению ничем помочь не может». Доставку два дня по умолчанию без предупреждений и извинений переносили. Отнеслась с пониманием, сеголня последний день когда я могу принять посылку всвязи с отъездом, курьер «не знает приедет или нет, может приедет или может перенесёт, может только сфоткать кучу посылок в кузове», менеджер ничем не может помочь.

Отвратительное обслуживание, в срок не доставляют, поддержка четко не отвечают на поставленные вопросы, пишешь чтоб поставили точную дату доставки, меняют на неправильную, курьеры в срок не доставляют, товар при отправки со склада не проверяют и отправляют брак,могут не доложить при сборке, склад работает ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНО, НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ЭТУ СЛУЖБУ
