Хамское отношенме к потенциальным клиентам Погода стала меняться в худшую сторону, и я решил сменить резину с летней на зимнюю. Проезжаю постоянно по ул. Шишкова и вижу вывеску Шинторга по Московскому проспекту 102 (что на Дубраве). Подъехал к боксу, захожу и интересуюсь, у кого можно спросить про цены. Вижу, работает мастер, он говорит, мол у меня можно все узнать. Спрашиваю, что почем, он быстро отвечает, что монтаж/демонтаж на 14 диаметр стоит 50 рублей. Я, дальше у него спрашиваю, а съем колес, сколько стоит, ответил уже со злостью, что по 80 рублей. Спрашиваю, а кто-нибудь занимал очередь, он: вот только 1 водитель, которому меняют резину. Стал смотреть, как он работает. И, тут я вспомнил, что моя резина стоит на старых дисках, говорю, а сколько все вместе будет стоить. Он, уже не сдерживая свою злость, отвечает: "мне некогда отвечать на вопросы, вон там висит прайс-лист, надо самому все считать!" Я, тут задумался, а зачем, тогда говорить, что я могу ответить на вопросы... Развернулся и поехал в другой шиномонтаж. Позвонил к знакомым, которые посоветовали поменять резину немного дальше по Шишкова, там, где Лидер. Приехал туда, там все сделали как надо! Хоть и цены там выше, но обслуживание и отношение к клиенту на высоте. Кстати, все знакомые водители, у которых я потом поинтересовался, насчет Шинторга советовали мне не обращаться в эту контору, так как, там нет постоянного персонала и при расчете за услуги в большинстве случаев, выставляют счет в большую сторону. Ситуация произошла 28.10.2019 примерно в 15:30. Сотрудник работал при входе в правый бокс с правой стороны.
