так работать нельзя!!! Ситуация следующая: по безналу оплатили шины, долго не могли ваши сотрудники выписать документы на реализацию, потом мне сказали, что по безналу не распространяется бесплатный шиномонтаж, хотя до этого говорили по телефону, что распространяется, начали поднимать записи разговоров, после выяснения все же приняли решение сделать бесплатно, так как действительно менеджер обещал, потом начали монтировать шины, а они не влезают, представляете, Не влезают, как??? Никто не может дать ответ, то есть такой же размер сняли, а одеть новые-нет, не одеваются. Потом менеджер Игорь не может сделать возврат, мы говорим, ладно давайте другие шины, а он часа полтора не мог сделать эту операцию Но самое интересно, что когда все-таки о чудо выписали, пошли в рем зону, сказали, что сейчас все сделают, мы пока с детьми пошли в вермишель (понимаете, сколько по времени туда дойти). Вернувшись обнаружили, что к нашей машине не приступали, а потом я Вам позвонила. На претензии к работникам – вели себя по-хамски!!! Но далее самое интересное: я ехала в Москву и под Тулой почувствовала, что машина как-то себя неправильно ведет. Остановилась на заправки и О Боже!!! Колесо почти спущено, новое колесо. А я ведь с детьми ехала и не 60 км/ч!!! Еле на трассе нашла шиномонтаж, где мне сказали, что колесо сдулось из-за ошибки шиномонтажника!!! Это как?????? Люди, не обращайтесь туда. Работают не профессионалы. И более того, это опасно для жизни и здоровья!!!!
