Отвратительное отношение к клиентам Достоинства: Возможно сама работа, но до этого я не дошла. Недостатки: Работа с клиентом. Адрес данного заведения: Москва, ул. Туристская, 18, корп. 1 Впервые в жизни столкнулась с таким хамством администратора. Причем меня это задело настолько, что решила оставить отзыв, хотя делаю это первый раз. В этот шиномонтаж была попытка обратиться с вопросом "переобувки" машины. Слава Богу это хамло еще не знало, что у меня купон))) а то наверное пнул бы еще))) Позвонила с вечера, узнать на когда ближайшая запись, она оказалась через неделю, спросила можно ли подъехать в порядке живой очереди. Сказали можно попробовать) Я естественно ни на что особо не претендуя, решила рискнуть. Поехала в эту контору 30 октября. В приподнятом настроении заглянула на "ресепшн" с парой уточняющих вопросов, в своей легкой манере с хи-хи и ха-ха. Но, мои вопросы, как клиента!!! на секундочку, были встречены с агрессией (а когда можно будет записаться, а можно ли сейчас поддождать и тп), при этом хочу заметить, я стояла у приоткрытой двери, особой зайти места не было, да и я вроде ненадолго. В общем после второго вопроса, он разнсся ко мне, видимо дела поважнее меня были, я сделала шаг назад пропустить его, но... он меня просто отодвинул и закрыл перед носом дверь!!!!! в тот момент, когда я говорила!!!!! меня это обидело, я засунулась еще раз туда, подумала может не поняла чего, спросила зачем Вы это сделали? я же не договорила. На что получила ответ - а я с ТОБОЙ договорил, выйди отсюда... то что я была в шоке - ничего не сказать(( до слез обидно стало((( с таким хамством я НИКОГДА в жизни не сталкивалась. Там даже мужики в очереди удивились. В общем не знаю как они работают, но на данном этапе максимально приложу усилия, расскажу ВСЕМ знакомым, что в данное заведение лучше не ездить - будете посланы (девушкам тем болеее, тк мы даже ответить не можем толком).
