Для меня всегда был важен хороший сервис, надоело везде сталкиваться с хамством. Я плачу деньги, поэтому хочу получить качественный товар и внимательное отношение. Позвонил сотрудникам ШинМагазин, хотел подобрать качественную резину на зиму. Мне все нормально рассказали и посоветовали резину, все преимущества, которая точно подойдет для моего авто. Забрал свой заказ № 404113 с терминала ТК Деловые линии. Езжу теперь с удовольствием. Спасибо за хорошие шины и за ответственное выполнение свой работы!

Могу сказать одно, много разных магазинов встречалось у меня. Почти у Всех хромает сервис, обещают одно – делают по своему. В ШинМагазин прошло так же все с первого раза не гладко. Заказ оформил на шины и диски, так один диск доставили с браком. Не знаю как проверяли при отправке, но по отреагировали очень быстро. Приняли как положено заявление, рассматривали два дня. В итоге заменили на новый диск и самое приятное все расходы компенсировал магазин. С таким подходом приятно покупать. Только за невнимательность ставлю твердую четвёрку.
