Глубоко некомпетентные продавцы. Купила у них в своё время краску и настолько понравился нежный естественный карамельный результат, что долго пользовалась ей. Захотелось более холодный оттенок, полезла в их волшебную книгу с пробника и, вуаля, именно моя краска даёт ненавязчивый серый цвет Вопрошаю у "мудрой девы", мол как так? Мне сказали, что это структура волос такая и надо купить у них "синий" шампунь за захрена рублей и будет мне счастье. Я, как дура, купила шампунь. Ни счатьстья ни нужного оттенка, только волосы стали суше. Оказывается, как мне объяснила парикмахер, все эти "синьки" портят волосы. Пришла к продавщице(эти "Мани" там меняются как таджички-дворничихи), сказала, что мне нужна ХОРОШАЯ КРРАСКА, а не то, что они мне продавали. Голосочек задолжал, ручки затрямлись, мол всё дело в волосах моих. Шампунь мне нужен волшебный, синий! Ах есть уже? Тогда надо другой попробовать или краску в 2 раза дороже. А потом вдруг осенило деву, сказала, что если у меня окислитель 6%, а не 3%, то он может мне волосы выжимать. А я парикмахер? Я прихожу к вам, в надежде, что вы компетентные тут, не масс-маркет всё же. Спрашиваю, а что делать, если 6% окислитель? Ну может разбавить шампунем или водой - как-то там делают. ЗАНАВЕС! Девушки, если решите идти в этот магазин, то только с личным парикмахером под ручку, ибо здесь работают девушки, которые только вчера картофаном торговали и к волосам не имеют никакого отношения, кроме того, что иногда моют свои бюджетной радугой. По-моему, у них вообще цель - испортить красивые волосы своих клиенток.

Магазин хороший,но как мне показалось продавец не очень внимателен,два раза была и моих красок не было,пришлось выбирать из других.
