У нас небольшая компания, 11 компьютеров. В Шиндлер обратились когда стало ясно, что самим справится с периодически возникающими проблемами быстро не удается. Последней каплей стало практически одновременное заражение вирусами 4 компьютеров в последние дни сдачи квартального отчета. В тот момент позвонили в Шиндлер, понравилось то, что не нужно предоплаты. Сисадмин приехал в тот же день, могли бы, конечно, послать и двух, учитывая срочность, впрочем один он решил проблемы в тот же день, хотя пришлось задержаться на работе. Работаем с Шиндлером уже 3 месяца, за это время проблемы с компами возникают, но решаются оперативно. Абонентская плата нас устраивает, раньше денег теряли гораздо больше.
