3 года назад перед переездом в Сочи из Питера я решил полностью проверить свой Эскалэйд 3 поколения. В этот раз решил отдать авто в Шеви плюс. В итоге за несколько дней ребята оперативно устранили все неисправности, НО ГЛАВНОЕ что они нашли практически до конца перетертый тормозной шланг, который находился над внештатным газовым оборудованием. За предыдущих 3 года эксплуатации и ремонтов авто никто не разу не заглядывал за бак ГБО и не проверял шланги. Я уже потом только полностью осознал, что ребята уберегли меня от возможной трагедии. Сейчас я уже живу в Сочи, но обслуживаюсь дистанционно у Шеви плюс, благодаря отзывчивости сотрудников компании. По телефону получается проконсультироваться и решить много вопросов. Особенную благодарность хочу выразить руководителю отдела запасных запасных частей Филонову Денису Владимировичу. Этот человек является профессионалом своего дела. Мало того, что он всегда блистательно выполнял свои обязанности, но он еще всегда подсказывал по доработкам, давал дельные советы, зачастую по телефону помогал найти и устранить неисправности. Денис с душой относится к своей работе, и не остается равнодушным к чужим проблема. Такие люди - большая редкость! Также спасибо ген. директору Блинову Денису Николаевичу за отзывчивость и помощь. Спасибо за великолепную организацию труда. Сейчас я уже езжу на новом эскалэйде и уверен, что команда шеви плюс всегда придет на помощь. А еще очень хочется чтоб в Сочи открыли филиал.
